Stir Fried Red Curry Seafood

INGREDIENTS 

  • 8 oz. of Thai 3 wheels red curry sauce
  • 8 oz. of fresh shrimp (size 13-15)
  • 8 oz. of frozen squid carved
  • 8 oz. of green cabbage (coarsely shred the cabbage 3 cm. wide pieces)
  • 2 oz. of red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
  • 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 0.5 oz. of lime leaves (finely shredded)
  • 2 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash the shrimp with cold water. Then peel their shell and devein. Next rinse them again with cold water to clean and pat them dry with paper towels and set aside.  
  2. Place frozen squid in a bowl of cold water and let sit until thawed.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Then add cabbage and stir until it’s slightly cooked and set it aside.
  4. Add red curry sauce in a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat until boiling.
  5. Add shrimp and squid to the sauce. Stir occasionally until mostly cooked through. Next add two eggs and stir, cover and simmer for 5 mins.
  6. Once completed, place the cabbage on a serving plate. Then add stir fired red curry seafood on the top. Lastly, garnish the dish with red bell pepper and lime leaves.
