  • 2 oz. of rice stick noodles
  • ½ lb. protein (Your choice of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, vegetable, or seafood!)
  • 1-2 eggs (It’s up to you!)
  • 2-3 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 small chopped shallot
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1-2 sliced green onions
  • Ground peanuts for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak rice stick noodles in warm water for 20-30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a frying pan with high heat.
  3. Put the chopped shallot in the oil and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add your choice of protein and the eggs. Stir fry until meat is cooked. (The eggs will be scrambled and mixed in with the protein.)
  5. Add the rice stick noodles to the pan and stir fry until the noodles get soft (approx. 2 ½ minutes).
  6. Add 2-3 tbsp. of Thai 3 Wheels Pad Thai Sauce (or more if you want. It’s up to you!)
  7. Continue stirring the noodles until they are coated (about 3 minutes).
  8. Add the bean sprouts and sliced green onions and stir for one more minute.
  9. Check the firmness of the noodles. If they are too firm, add one more tbsp of Pad Thai Sauce.
  10. Place your Pad Thai on plates and garnish with more bean sprouts, ground peanuts, and limes.
