Traditional Massaman Curry

Ingredients

  • Thai 3 Wheels Massaman Curry Sauce (Use 6 oz. per meal. Refrigerate after opened.)
  • 1/2 lb. of protein (Your choice of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, vegetable, or seafood!)
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 cup of boiled, cooked baby potatoes (If using regular potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces.)
  • 1 cup of white onions (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. roasted peanuts (Or more if you want!)

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or pot on high heat.
  • Add your choice of protein and stir until it’s cooked. Then, lower the heat to medium.
  • Pour our Thai 3 Wheels Massaman Curry Sauce in the pan and keep stirring for 3-5 minutes while it simmers.
  • Add white onions and potatoes and stir through 2-3 minutes until onions are slightly cooked.
  • Add peanuts.
  • Remove from the heat and serve with rice or bread.
