  • 1 lb. of chicken cut into bite size for deep fried
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of corn starch use it to coat the chicken

  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil for stir fried

Instructions

  1. Put corn starch in to prepared cut chicken, mixed well and make sure all chicken is coated with flour for deep fried
  2. If you want to avoid the deep fried part, you can use a bag of fully cooked popcorn chicken instead
  3. Deep fried the chicken in hot oil until golden brown, take them out and set it aside
  4. Heat up the pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Then add chopped garlic, soy sauce and ½ cup* of Pad Thai sauce to the pan and mix them well for about 2-3 minutes
  5. Add deep fried chicken in to the pan, stir evenly until chicken is coated with the sauce
  6. Garnish with chopped scallion and ready to serve

*More Pad Thai sauce can be added if you desire for a saucier dish.
