Recipe
- ½ cup of Thai 3 Wheels Pad Thai Sauce
- 1 lb. of chicken cut into bite size for deep fried
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 cup of corn starch use it to coat the chicken
- Chopped scallion as garnish
- Vegetable oil for deep fried (air fried would work as well)
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil for stir fried
Instructions
- Put corn starch in to prepared cut chicken, mixed well and make sure all chicken is coated with flour for deep fried
- If you want to avoid the deep fried part, you can use a bag of fully cooked popcorn chicken instead
- Deep fried the chicken in hot oil until golden brown, take them out and set it aside
- Heat up the pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil. Then add chopped garlic, soy sauce and ½ cup* of Pad Thai sauce to the pan and mix them well for about 2-3 minutes
- Add deep fried chicken in to the pan, stir evenly until chicken is coated with the sauce
- Garnish with chopped scallion and ready to serve
*More Pad Thai sauce can be added if you desire for a saucier dish.
