How to make steamed or baked mussels topped with Thai 3 Wheel Massaman Curry Sauce:
Recipe
- 6 oz. of Massaman curry sauce (more can be added as desire)
- 1 dozen of New Zealand Mussels
- Chopped shallot for garnish
- Chopped red bell pepper for garnish
Instructions
- Bake mussels in a baking pan in the oven at 385 Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes
- Steaming mussels instead of baking is also optional as well, by boiling hot water in the pot and put mussels until cooked, then take them out from the pot
- Set the mussels on a plate
- Warm up Massaman curry sauce in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until it’s hot (be sure to shake the sauce the bottle before use)
- Spoon up the sauce over the mussels
- Top with shallot, red bell pepper and enjoy it as an appetizer or entrée
