RECIPE
- Broccoli, Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage or other vegetable of your choice
- Hard-boiled egg, Steamed or Fried Tofu
- 4 oz. of Thai 3 Wheels Peanut Sauce
- Ground Peanut (Optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cucumber into bite size pieces.
- Bring water to a boil. Then add broccoli, carrot, cabbage and cook for about 3 mins or until soft.
- Remove the vegetables and let them dry for a minute.
- Warm peanut sauce in a microwave for a minute. Then sprinkle ground peanut on top.
- Arrange all the vegetables, sliced boiled egg and tofu on a serving plate.
- Serve with warm peanut sauce dip.
