Spaghetti Thai Green Curry Seafood

RECIPE for 1 serving 

  • ½ jar of Thai 3 Wheels green curry sauce
  • 6 oz. of fresh calamari 
  • 6 oz. of large shrimp
  • 3 oz. of fresh jumbo sea scallop 
  • ¼ cup of sweet basil
  • ¼ cup of red bell pepper 
  • 2 lime leaves (optional) 
  • 4 oz. of thin spaghetti 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring water to a boil. Add a bit of salt for taste. Add spaghetti to boiling water and boil it for 10 mins. Then drain out the boiling water.  
  2. Add green curry to a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat. 
  3. Add calamari, shrimp and scallop. Then simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Once seafood cooked through. Add red bell pepper, sweet basil, lime leave and other vegetable of your choice. 
  5. Remove a sauce pan from heat and serve the sauce over spaghetti.
