RECIPE for 1 serving
- ½ jar of Thai 3 Wheels green curry sauce
- 6 oz. of fresh calamari
- 6 oz. of large shrimp
- 3 oz. of fresh jumbo sea scallop
- ¼ cup of sweet basil
- ¼ cup of red bell pepper
- 2 lime leaves (optional)
- 4 oz. of thin spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring water to a boil. Add a bit of salt for taste. Add spaghetti to boiling water and boil it for 10 mins. Then drain out the boiling water.
- Add green curry to a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat.
- Add calamari, shrimp and scallop. Then simmer for 5 mins.
- Once seafood cooked through. Add red bell pepper, sweet basil, lime leave and other vegetable of your choice.
- Remove a sauce pan from heat and serve the sauce over spaghetti.
