INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz. of boneless strip steak
- 3 tbsp. of Thai 3 Wheels Pad Thai sauce
- 1 oz. of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 oz. of chopped fresh shallot
- 1 ½ tbsp. of fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ tbsp. of toasting rice
- ½ tbsp. of red chili flake
- ½ tsp. of sea salt
- ½ tsp. of ground black pepper
- A few mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dry steak with a paper-towel. Then lightly season on both side with sea salt and ground black pepper.
- Place steak on a hot preheat grill for around 3-5 mins per side. Then turn the heat to medium and continue to cook on both side until internal temperatures reach 140 F for medium rare.
- Once steak is done, cover with foil paper and let it rest for 10 mins.
- In a small bowl combine Pad Thai sauce, cilantro, shallot, lime juice, toasting rice, red chili flake and give all the ingredients a good stir.
- Slice steak to ¼ inch pieces and lay them down on a plate. Serve with sweet & spicy Pad Thai dipping sauce on the side. Also add mint leaves and salad of your choice on a plate for healthier dish.
