“So yummy!!! I love Thai food, and this definitely didn’t disappoint! I sautéed chicken, green beans, eggplant, and onions, added the sauce, threw it over some rice and BAM!!! A delicious, quick, EASY weeknight meal! I really enjoyed this curry, and it definitely took the guesswork out of trying to put a sauce together. I will definitely be enjoying this again!”

“We loved the Massaman Curry! We’ve tried several versions of massaman from scratch, and have never gotten it right. It almost fell off my menu. This sauce is easy and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Just saute the ingredients and simmer in the sauce. We cooked up some chicken satay to go with it, and it was perfect. Thank you!”
“It’s legit. This [Massaman Curry] could be a restaurant quality dish. I can count on one finger the jars of Thai sauce I like-this one.”

“I decided to try the Massaman Curry for dinner. Very fast prep. Broccoli, potatoes, tofu, carrots, a little onion, and sweet orange bell pepper, over jasmine rice.
I do not typically like or use jarred sauces, since I’m usually disappointed. And I cook a fair bit of Thai and Vietnamese food from scratch, so I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much. But this was delicious. Truly. Good, earthy sweetness, as you want from a massaman, and the brighter flavors of the kafir lime and the galangal really come through, too. I saw on the jar that there’s cinnamon in it, too—which I’ve never used in Thai food—and I was dubious. But it’s not like you really taste it; there is just a tiny little hint of it on the back end, and it’s nice!”
