RECIPE for 2 servings
- 1 Jar of Thai 3 Wheels Massaman curry sauce
- 14 oz. of squid hood
- 1 oz. of baked peanuts
- 1 medium sized potato, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cup of steamed Jasmin rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the squid 2 inch square and score a crisscross pattern lightly into the fresh with a small knife.
- Bring water to a boil then add the potato cubes into a pot. And boil it for about 20 mins until it’s slightly under-cooked. Then drain the water and set the potato cubes aside.
- Add Massaman curry in a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat until boiling.
- Add squid and potato cubes. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 mins or until squid is cooked.
- Sprinkle with baked peanuts on top and serve with steamed Jasmin rice.
