Recipe
- 12 oz.of Thai 3 Wheels Massaman Curry Sauce (1 bottle)
- 1 tbsp. of cooking oil
- ½ lb. of chicken breast
- 10 petite gold gourmet potatoes (boil to cook )
- 2 cups of square cut white onions
- Roasted peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Heat up the pan with 1 tbsp. of oil, then add chicken and stir fry for about 4-5 minutes until the meat is cooked.
- Add onions and cooked potatoes in the pan and stir fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Massaman curry sauce and bring it up to boil then turn off the heat.
- Top with peanuts (optional).
- Serve with steamed brown or white rice or toast.
