This is a family favorite Thai Green Curry dish! We’ve been making this for years, and the addition of the avocado really puts this recipe over the top.

Recipe
- Thai 3 Wheels Green Curry Sauce (Use 6 oz. per serving – or half of a jar. Or add more if you like! Refrigerate what’s left after opening.)
- 2 dozen cooked prawns
- 1 large size avocado cut into bite size chunks
- 2 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
- Roughly 1 cup of fresh sweet basil leaves (Or add more according to your preference!)
- 1 cup of your choice of red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and jalapeno (Add more if you like lots of vegetables!)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or pot with med-high heat.
- Pour Thai 3 Wheels Green Curry Sauce into a pot or pan and bring it up to a boil.
- Add cooked prawns and avocado then bring it down to medium heat until the prawns are warmed.
- Add the sweet basil, peppers, and jalapeno and stir for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice or noodles.
