“We made fried rice and chicken with the Thai 3 Wheels Peanut Sauce. The sauce was dense, easy to work with, and flavorful. As a family, we enjoy cooking together – but we’re not gourmet by any means, so anything that elevates our craft is welcome in our kitchen.
The sauce was complex but didn’t overpower the other ingredients, and even the picky eaters at the table cleaned their plates.
We’re looking forward to trying the other flavors and expanding our repertoire.”
“I decided to try the Massaman Curry for dinner. Very fast prep. Broccoli, potatoes, tofu, carrots, a little onion, and sweet orange bell pepper, over jasmine rice.
I do not typically like or use jarred sauces, since I’m usually disappointed. And I cook a fair bit of Thai and Vietnamese food from scratch, so I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much. But this was delicious. Truly. Good, earthy sweetness, as you want from a massaman, and the brighter flavors of the kafir lime and the galangal really come through, too. I saw on the jar that there’s cinnamon in it, too—which I’ve never used in Thai food—and I was dubious. But it’s not like you really taste it; there is just a tiny little hint of it on the back end, and it’s nice!”
“We loved the Massaman Curry! We’ve tried several versions of massaman from scratch, and have never gotten it right. It almost fell off my menu. This sauce is easy and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Just saute the ingredients and simmer in the sauce. We cooked up some chicken satay to go with it, and it was perfect. Thank you!”
“We tried the Green Curry sauce. As a family, we have a curry meal once a week. And as a busy family who loves a delicious curry dinner, we’ve tried many jarred sauces over the years. The Green Curry was a hit! It’s truly one of the best jarred curries we’ve ever tried. We served it with mussels with some fresh, torn basil. The sauce had a wonderful, clean spice to it, not overpowering, and we could taste the sweetness of the coconut through the heat. It definitely tasted much fresher than other jarred sauces we’ve tried. We’d love to put this into our curry rotation!”
“We were delighted with our experience of cooking with Thai 3 Wheels Massaman Curry Sauce, and Green Curry Sauce. We’d actually been searching for a good Massaman curry paste. The flavors in this sauce were very good – authentic and rich. The Green Curry was also excellent. Incredibly easy to use – we just threw it in a pan with some chicken, onions, and broccoli. We haven’t eaten in a Thai restaurant in a year-and-a-half (because of the pandemic) and have become quite adept (and happy) to make our Thai meals at home. We sincerely feel these two sauces helped us make some of our very best Thai meals.”
“Thank you for these wonderful sauces. We have especially missed our Thai dining this year during the pandemic.
We made the Green Curry with Salmon, Green Bean, Red Pepper, and Bok Choi. The sauce had just enough of a spicy kick to let the flavors come through.
These sauces will definitely become shelf staples for us, and we look forward to trying the other flavors!”
“So yummy!!! I love Thai food, and this definitely didn’t disappoint! I sautéed chicken, green beans, eggplant, and onions, added the sauce, threw it over some rice and BAM!!! A delicious, quick, EASY weeknight meal! I really enjoyed this curry, and it definitely took the guesswork out of trying to put a sauce together. I will definitely be enjoying this again!”
“It’s legit. This [Massaman Curry] could be a restaurant quality dish. I can count on one finger the jars of Thai sauce I like-this one.”
“This one was by far my favorite of the 3 I’ve tried so far! I kept this one simple and just added baby eggplant, chicken, and basil. It was very creamy and delicious. Every bite was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. It was the perfect amount of richness from the coconut milk. Some green curries leave you feeling tired of the creaminess after finishing a bowl, but this one left me wanting more and more! Again, all of these recipes can be easily customized to your liking.”
“The Pad Thai sauce mix was absolutely perfect! I prepared my dish with tofu, shrimp, egg, and rice noodles. It was super simple, easy, and quick. The flavor was the perfect amount of savory and sweetness right out of the jar and is easily adjustable by adding additional ingredients depending on your preference! I added a splash of fish sauce to mine just to add a hint more saltiness.
One of the best parts about these sauces is that they don’t leave my tummy feeling achy or upset like a lot of thai food at restaurants do! I loved reading the ingredients list and seeing that it was very natural, no preservatives, and used coconut oil instead of vegetable or canola oil. I feel like Thai food can be a bit intimidating to cook due to all the sauces, spices, and fresh ingredients needed, so having the sauces premade in the jars make it super convenient. I can’t wait to try the other ones!”
“The sauces were incredibly easy to use. Great flavor right out of the jar. For the Picky eater who is interested in dipping their toes into Thai Cuisine these sauces are a fine introduction to those flavor profiles.
The Peanut Sauce was really good, I would even put it on toast. It is a delightful flavor journey – sweet, salty, sour, spicy – all the flavors you should expect from a good Thai dish. I made my family one of my favorite dishes with it, Swimming Rama, traditionally a very simple Peanut Sauce Dish for Chicken (or any protein really) on a large bed of fresh Spinach. I add an additional layer of Rice Noodles to the dish. Other than the seasoning for the Chicken, there was no need for any additional flavors to the sauce, except a dash of Cayenne pepper (because we like things a little spicier), and a small splash of whole milk to thin out the sauce for more of an even spread across the layers of Chicken, noodle, and Spinach. Delicious.”
“I was so excited about the Green Curry! It was easy to add into my dish. Zesty and alive. We absolutely loved it! Great meld of flavors.”
“I’ve always wanted to make Pad Thai at home, and this made it super easy. Felt like I was getting great take-out. I really enjoyed the opportunity to try something new.”
“We loved the Green Curry! It really was like getting restaurant-quality Thai food in my own kitchen. My husband and I both devoured our meal. It has a lot of kick, and is packed with flavor. As parents of three kids, being able to pull together a handful of ingredients we generally have on hand (chicken and veggies!), add some sauce and have a delicious dinner FAST is a gift.”
“The green curry had a bold, authentic flavor reminiscent of my favorite Thai restaurant. So easy to prepare and I was eating in no time at all. Highly recommended for curry lovers”.
“I’ve made Pad Thai before, and it can be a pain, but this sauce makes it so easy! After cooking all of my other ingredients, I loved that I could just pour in the sauce and let it go. This sauce goes a long way, and I can’t wait to eat my leftovers! If you’re looking for a quick weeknight meal, an idea for a date night, or even a sidekick for a weekend feast, this sauce is for you!”
“These sauces are the easiest and most delicious thing ever!
Seriously, I cannot express how delicious and easy dinner was made by using these sauces. The hardest part was chopping the veggies!
The only thing you’re limited by is your imagination. These were great for end of the week dump meals! And equally easy to use in a planned dish! These sauces would be perfect to have on hand for last minute dinners when you’re too tired to even think about dinner, but if I was honest with myself they wouldn’t sit around long enough for that to happen because they are so delicious!
Fast, easier, and more delicious than takeout Thai food for sure!
10/10 would recommend, but also, I want them all to myself, so HANDS OFF MY THAI 3 WHEELS.”
“We made a tofu and veggie dish, adding the green curry sauce straight from the jar in the last few minutes. The sauce was very flavorful and so easy to use. We’ll add making this dish at home to our dinner menus in the future. We can have it on the table faster than the local Thai restaurant can deliver it!”
“Tonight, I tried the peanut sauce with some chicken, rice, and veggies and a little curry infused olive oil. Outstanding flavors. Enjoyed it very much and I can’t wait to try it in another dish.”
“When I want green curry, WANT green curry, crave it so much I’d be willing to go out and get it, or pay a ridiculous amount to have it delivered, THIS IS WHAT I WANT!
This tastes exactly like the green curry from my favorite restaurant.
The consistency, heat and sweetness make it restaurant-worthy.
I’ve experimented with curries of my own, and for whatever reason, I’m not able to accurately duplicate the flavor from dish to dish. Too much paste, not enough…it’s not that it’s difficult, it’s just fussy.
For something quick, easy, delicious, and something I’d serve to a friend this is it.
Bonus, leftovers re-heated the next day were also great, I just added a couple of tablespoons of water to loosen it up.
I also marinated the chicken in a bit of cornstarch and rice vinegar, then added a few drops of sesame oil before cooking.
One jar made four dinner size meals, or six smaller.”
