INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. of crab meat
- ½ jar of Thai 3 Wheels panang curry sauce
- 2 oz. of red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
- 1 oz. of basil leaves
- 0.5 oz. of lime leaves (finely shredded)
- 1 cup of steamed jasmine rice or steamed brown rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scrub the crab clean of any mossy bits. Pull back the apron from the underbelly and snap off. Twist off the legs and claws. Pull the body apart and remove the meat.
- Add panang curry sauce in a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat until boiling.
- Add crab meat, red bell pepper and lime leaves to the sauce. Then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 mins. Lastly add basil leaves.
- Remove a sauce pan from the heat, transfer the curry sauce to a bowl and serve with steamed jasmine rice or steamed brown rice.
