RECIPE
- 1 lb. of greenshell mussels
- 4 oz. of Thai 3 Wheels green curry sauce
- ¼ cup of sweet basil
- ¼ cup of red bell pepper
- 2 lime leaves
- Steamed jasmine rice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the mussels in a bowl with cold water then drain.
- Soak the mussels in the hot water for 5 mins then drain.
- Add green curry sauce to a sauce pan. Warm it over medium heat until boil.
- Arrange the mussels on the baking pan. Then fill each of them with green curry sauce. Next add basil, bell pepper and lime leaves over the top of mussels.
- Bake in the oven at 320 F for 7-10 mins or until evenly heated through.
- Plate them and add extra green curry sauce on top right before serving.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
