Traditional Green Curry

Ingredients

  • Thai 3 Wheels Green Curry Sauce (Use 6 oz. per meal. Refrigerate after opened.)
  • 1/2 lb. of protein (Your choice of chicken, beef, pork, tofu, vegetable, or seafood!)
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 cup of fresh sweet basil leaves
  • Your choice of red or green bell pepper (1 cup chopped to any size)
  • (Optional) Sliced jalapeno added to your level of comfort.

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or pot with high heat.
  • Add your choice of protein and vegetable and stir until meat is cooked. Then, lower the heat to medium.
  • Pour our Thai 3 Wheels Green Curry Sauce in the pan and keep stirring for 3-5 minutes while it simmers.
  • Add sweet basil, bell peppers, and stir through for 2-3 minutes until peppers are slightly cooked.
  • Remove from heat and serve with noodles or rice.
