Beef Taco with Thai Green Curry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ jar of Thai 3 Wheels green curry sauce
  • 10 oz. of beef steak (thinly sliced)
  • 6 oz. of lettuce (finely shredded) 
  • 3 oz. of red onion (finely sliced)
  • 3 oz. of red bell pepper (finely sliced)
  • 1 oz. of fresh basil leaves 
  • 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 6 taco shells

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the steak into thin pieces and season thoroughly with salt and ground pepper. 
  2. Heat 3 tbsp. of oil on a fried pan over high heat. Then quickly fry sliced beef and sear on both sides. Once completed, set it aside. 
  3. Arrange 6 taco shells on a baking pan and bake in the oven at 325 F for 6-7 mins until crisp.
  4. Add green curry sauce on a sauce pan and warm it over medium heat until boiling. Then turn off the heat and put it on a serving bowl. 
  5. To assemble the taco, you can put all the ingredients together however you want it or you can simply follow this method. First, fill the taco shells with shredded lettuce at the bottom. Then put sliced red onion and sliced red bell pepper on top. Next put the beef above those vegetables and then add a spoonful of green curry sauce on the beef. Lastly put fresh basil leaves on top for garnish.
