Steamed Mixed Vegetable, Tofu, Boiled Egg with Thai Peanut Sauce Dip

RECIPE 

  • Broccoli, Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage or other vegetable of your choice
  • Hard-boiled egg, Steamed or Fried Tofu
  • 4 oz. of Thai 3 Wheels Peanut Sauce
  • Ground Peanut (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice broccoli, carrot, cabbage, cucumber into bite size pieces. 
  2. Bring water to a boil. Then add broccoli, carrot, cabbage and cook for about 3 mins or until soft. 
  3. Remove the vegetables and let them dry for a minute. 
  4. Warm peanut sauce in a microwave for a minute. Then sprinkle ground peanut on top.  
  5. Arrange all the vegetables, sliced boiled egg and tofu on a serving plate.
  6. Serve with warm peanut sauce dip.
