“We loved the Massaman Curry! We’ve tried several versions of massaman from scratch, and have never gotten it right. It almost fell off my menu. This sauce is easy and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Just saute the ingredients and simmer in the sauce. We cooked up some chicken satay to go with it, and it was perfect. Thank you!”
“We made fried rice and chicken with the Thai 3 Wheels Peanut Sauce. The sauce was dense, easy to work with, and flavorful. As a family, we enjoy cooking together – but we’re not gourmet by any means, so anything that elevates our craft is welcome in our kitchen.
The sauce was complex but didn’t overpower the other ingredients, and even the picky eaters at the table cleaned their plates.
We’re looking forward to trying the other flavors and expanding our repertoire.”
“We made a tofu and veggie dish, adding the green curry sauce straight from the jar in the last few minutes. The sauce was very flavorful and so easy to use. We’ll add making this dish at home to our dinner menus in the future. We can have it on the table faster than the local Thai restaurant can deliver it!”
“I decided to try the Massaman Curry for dinner. Very fast prep. Broccoli, potatoes, tofu, carrots, a little onion, and sweet orange bell pepper, over jasmine rice.
I do not typically like or use jarred sauces, since I’m usually disappointed. And I cook a fair bit of Thai and Vietnamese food from scratch, so I have to admit I wasn’t expecting much. But this was delicious. Truly. Good, earthy sweetness, as you want from a massaman, and the brighter flavors of the kafir lime and the galangal really come through, too. I saw on the jar that there’s cinnamon in it, too—which I’ve never used in Thai food—and I was dubious. But it’s not like you really taste it; there is just a tiny little hint of it on the back end, and it’s nice!”
